hair down there.

Question Posted Wednesday June 18 2008, 10:48 pm

can you use hair removal cream for legs and stuff on your vagina as long as you don't get it like inside or around it? i hate shaving that space because it gets stubbly and really uncomfortable. i'm not really a fan of waxing either, any suggestions?

Absolutely not - that is why there are some specifically designed for your bikini area, so look out for them.
Around the bikini area is very sensitive. If you risk using products which aren't for around there, you could suffer from irritation and burns.

NO! Your bikini area skin is much more sensitive.
Using leg hair remover will cause some really
nasty burns that can be painful and sore for days.

I have worked in doctors offices and seen some
really bad results from doing that so PLEASE,
use a cream made for bikini area.

I have used the ones for legs before, and never gotten a problem. But some people could get an allergic reaction.
There is specific kinds for bikini area. I used this one once, and really liked it: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) but normally (when I don't wax) I just use the leg kind - because I know I won't have a reaction to it.

There are some types of hair removal creams at stores that are made for bikini areas.
That would help...

there are hair removal creams made specifically for the bikini area. I would suggest using one of them. You probably could use the stuff for your legs, but I would think that the one for that area would be gentler.
