Here are 3 searches with lots of helpful
sites. Make sure whatever you do for
exercise is fun to do and you won't
dread it as much. Putting some tunes
on and dancing like crazy is a really
good one.

As far as eating goes, don't skip meals.
If it has a lot of fat or sugar take it
easy. I won't say never have any because
you will just want it more. If you eat
something like that just kick up the
exercise.

Don't make it a habit, but if you cheat
don't just tell yourself its no use and
give up. :)

just replace soda with water, milk or orange juice. replace snacks like chips or anything sugary with yummy carrots! Apples work too, very good dipped in yogort... but even that needs moderation. Less cheese, bread, beans, and corn. More salads, veggies, fruits, and healthier things. It's all about moderation. You don't eat less, just healthier. Exercise after dinner before bed... but not right before bed or you won't be able to sleep. When it's nicer out, go outside for a nice walk or something random like that. Don't just go sit down and do nothing after you eat, that's how you gain more weight. I guess that's a lot right there, hope it helps.
