im 13;
and am like a type A in my size bras ...
almost all my friends have bigger boobs then me
its kind of embrassing.
i was wondering if theres any type of foods
to increase your breast size?
There's nothing you can eat to make them bigger, unless you gain fat overall. Women have larger breasts because they produce more estrogen, that's why pregnant women and women right before their periods have such big boobs.
If you really care that much, get a Wonderbra. They are padded and definitely give you a lift and cleavage. But honestly, at 13 you shouldn't be worrying about that kinda stuff. [ ellegirl606's advice column | Ask ellegirl606 A Question ]

You're still developing so you shouldn't even worry about it right now. Who cares if your friends have bigger boobs? They're harder to handle anyways. AND girls with smaller boobs can get those cute small-summer shirts without looking like a hoe because their tits are popping out :) So there's a plus!
junebug93 answered Thursday March 13 2008, 5:37 pm: You can't use food to increase your breast size without increasing the size of the rest of your body. You could, however, try experimenting with different kinds of bras - padded ones are pretty good for this.
Mainly, though, I'd say that you are definitely not the only one in this situation. There are tons of A-cupped girls out there, as well as girls with ginormous boobs who wish that they could make them smaller.
Think about it. If you're an a-cup, you can wear halter ops without a bra, have less trouble buying bras in general, will have less guys staring at your chest, and can run without anything bouncing around.
Beauty really is what you make of it. There were plenty of periods in history where A-cupped girls were considered more attractive and everyone else was putting restraining clothing over there chests.

yeah i would just wait it out you don't really want to rush it!
stella07 answered Thursday March 13 2008, 12:27 pm: its alright girl.
im a smaller cup than all my other friends too. like ive seen freshman with bigger boobs than me, and im in college. im not sure if there are actually any foods out there that will make your boobs bigger, unless you eat a lot of junk food. but then the rest of your body would get bigger as well, so i dont recommend that. you just need to wait it out. small boobs are no reason to be embarrased over. be pacient (: [ stella07's advice column | Ask stella07 A Question ]
Brandi_S answered Thursday March 13 2008, 12:18 pm: Well, you could stick a couple of oranges into your bra in order to use food to increase their size.
Oh, you mean foods you can CONSUME... My bad.
No.
Everyone develops differently. Yah, you are a size A, but you are only 13. Give your body some time. You never know, you may be 18 with a D cup.
You don't want to rush it, and you have no need to be embarrassed. Almost all your FRIENDS have bigger boobs than you. So how about the rest of the 13 year old girls in your area? Likely there is more than one who is in your same shoes.
ilOV3YOU14 answered Thursday March 13 2008, 12:02 pm: junk food but i wouldn't do that your still growing your 13 they proably hit puberity a little later than you or you might be petite you can get a bra that will make them look bigger. [ ilOV3YOU14's advice column | Ask ilOV3YOU14 A Question ]
