Those usually work :] except it may take a while to find the correct song, cause sometimes they're just messed up.

Well to download music free you usually need a program like
Forstwire
Limewire
Imesh
Bearshare
Those are some more famous ones.
But I use Imesh and I think it's one of the faster and better ones that wont give you a virus or anything.
To download one of them just go to their sites,
Like frostwire.com, Limewire.com, etc.
