take all those texts to the police. That is what I would do. If you aren't calling that much something is going on. I don't know why someone would do that unless you call the wrong number which doesn't make much sense.
just ask a police officer what to do because you don't feel like you are doing something wrong but obviously someone does. Keep the voice mail too.

It's highly unlikely this person got your information and went through all that trouble to get it. He probably was trying to scare you off so you'd stop calling, haha. I mean, there is a way to find out someone's information by someone's cell number but police and phone companies wouldn't give it out so easily. It would have to be something really extreme, like, terroristic threats or something, haha. Anyways, but lets say this person did get your info and gave it to the police, the police aren't going to do anything! You're just a person who happened to be getting into a phone mix up and it's not like you've been threatening this person with death threats or anything! You're fine, I guarantee it!

You're not going to get in trouble. The phone number mix-up is an honest mistake and it's not like you're harassing the random guy or anything. Besides that, it's very difficult to find someone's information based on a cell phone number. I think he was just saying that to scare you. Try not to call/text your friend's number until it's fixed. In the meantime, ask your friends if they've ever had that problem calling that number. At this point, I seriously doubt it's actually your friend pranking you or something, but it won't hurt to talk to him about it just to be like, "You know, I keep trying to call your number and this weird freaky guy picks up the phone." Don't worry about it!

don't worry! he most likely just wants you to stop calling the number and is trying to scare you into it. just stop calling the number. if something does come up, you can just explain that it was your friend's number. plus i dot nkow what he would press charges for, since he is harassing you by cursing and stuff.

it is possible to find out a persons info based on the number but it still depends and you might now be available because of your age you arent in thre yet. (there=the lists of pple and there numbers and addresses and stuff) your under your parents most likely if they bought the phone and your a minor. anyway i have no idea what to do about that weird guy just ask your friend who it is, CHECK THE # cause maybe he changed or you are calling someone else by accident and if nothing else tell your friend to call you cause you cant call him or txt him and say hey call me so you dont always miss his calls if thats the problem. hope i helped! :] good luck and btw you wont have charges pressed against you but to be sure stop calling!!!!!

you can go to websites and put in peoples numbers and pay to find out where they live and stuff but i douubt he would do that so dont worry
