Ok, I don't know if I am depressed or not...
I am tiredd all the timee
I eat all the time, but never put on weight
And I have periods of eating all the time, and then not eating like at all
I have two horses, and they used to be everything, and now they aren't
I have cut myself before, and think about it all the time, but haven't in about 5 months
I have had many suicidal thoughts...and think about it every day, almost like planning
This is lamee but, I went online and took about 6-7 tests, and they all said that I have moderate to sever depression
And I don't know...
It might also help to know that I don't talk about my feelings, keeping them all inside.
chloe001 answered Tuesday February 19 2008, 2:48 pm: You do sound like you are depressed. Don't worry most people go through it at one time or another in their lives.
There is a way out. You can get better. The best way to feel again is to talk about your thoughts/feelings. I recommend going to a professional/doctor because they have heard it all before and will be comforting and welcoming.
I know you will be fine in the long run. Just make the effort to talk. You will feel a weight lifted off your shoulders. I guarantee it.
Take care. [ chloe001's advice column | Ask chloe001 A Question ]
Courtney83 answered Monday February 18 2008, 4:47 pm: well I go through the same exact thing . you are depressed . you probly don't even know why you feel this way . deppression isn't a one day thing . you cry , you eat (alot) , sleep a ton , and a lot more . but the cure isn't to take pills or anything like . you have to find something you love to do . see people you love to be around . things like that . and I really hope what I said helped [ Courtney83's advice column | Ask Courtney83 A Question ]
orphans answered Monday February 18 2008, 4:41 pm: Get help as soon as possible. I think you know that you are depressed, but you just don't want to admit it to yourself, but you have to understad that this is not healthy and should be taken care of immediatley. I suggest talking to a guidance counselor, doctor, friend, teacher, or family member, someone you can trust that can help you.
Please, PLEASE, don't just brush this off, talk to someone right away.
Good luckk [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
AngelofMercy answered Monday February 18 2008, 4:22 pm: I would suggest seeing a doctor about your problem. If you have cut in the past and feel the tendency to do it again, you need to seek medical attention asap. I wouldn't let another day go by where you are jeopardizing your own future.
