Okay... This makes me nervous, but I... Well... You know the word. I do that, but today... I hit this part and it really hurt... It kinda hurts now. Did I do something wrong??? Like the others have said you didn't give enough specifics about what you hit. I have a hunch thought that you may have broken your hymen which can hurt and cause a bit of bleeding.
This mucous membrane is usually broken through tampon use, masturbation and or sexual activity. I gather this might be what you are describing but am not sure as you didn't give a lot of details.

Your "secret" shouldn't be one or rather doesn't have to be. Most teens your age as well as kids, adults, toddlers etc. do it. 90% of males done and about 78-80% females do. It's universal at your age and NOTHING to feel guilty or secretive about.
Most parents know that there kids are masturbating at your age be them male or female. It's very common. Most of your classmates and even friends do it but don't discuss it. Believe me you're in good company.
It's best to be open about it with folks, close friends etc incase you have questions about it, fears, concerns etc. You should find an older female ie sister, aunt, grandma, friend's mom to talk to about this because you shouldn't feel ashamed or secretive about something normal and natural that virtually everyone does.

You could have hit the part of skin that you have, it's thin, and its what tears when you 'pop your cherry' so you could have it that a little hard. or you could have pressed hard on your clitora which would have been a feeling you wouldn't have been very used to. you didn't do anything wrong. and no, that's not bad, promise.
