This doesnt seem safe. You should only lose about 2 pounds a WEEK, so losing that much in such little time is not healthy.
Maybe try something different- like eating healthy, and excercising.

YO.
I'm no doctor but to me, that doesn't sound like a healthy diet. I'd stop. A diet is something that takes time, and you don't take breaks. You should stop now and maybe talk to your doctor about the diet and see what they suggest. If THEY [the doctors] think that the diet's okay to stay on, I think I would still drop it. Losing 4 pounds in 3 days.... unlikely. On Celebrity fit club... and they train hard [unless its fake.. =0] they lose like an average of like 5lbs a week. SO... I would just say talk to your doctor and see what they think but I would still drop it. Maybe see what the doctor suggests for dieting. Like see what programs he suggests or like tips he could give you. Losing weight is tough.

Hope I helped and good luck!!!

That is NOT a healthy diet.
A healthy "diet" is a life change, something you can stick to for years/the rest of your life.
Healthy means eating the right stuff, the right amount, at the right intervals (example - to promote a healthy metabolic rate, you're supposed to eat small meals every 3-4 hours.)
"Diets" are bad, in general. As soon as you're off your "diet" all that weight's gonna come back.
I have a fast metabolism, I came down with a cough and had no appetite for a couple days. I also drank a TON of water and tea, trying to get my voice back, and I lost six pounds in two days. As soon as I got my appetite back, I gained five back.
I think I know about the diet you described up there. I tried it. It works, but if you stop you'll gain it back. My advice to you is to get your family (and yourself) to stop immediately, and instead seek a nutritionist's advice. They can create personalized diets that will work for you and your family. Or, just do a little research on line and figure out for yourselves what a healthy lifestyle would be.
You can find a calculator on line to see how many calories you and your family should be eating to lose weight. You can all start an exercise regimen - even something as little as taking a walk every day or every other day.
While these fad diets might work quickly, speed isn't always the answer. If you want the weight loss to be permanent, change something permanently.
If you want more specific nutrition advice, feel free to drop one in my inbox.
Good luck!
-Siren =)

A diet that even suggests that you should loose 10 pounds in three days is not a safe diet.

Unless this diet has been suggested to your family by a doctor, I would discourage them from using it. They will only gain the weight back unless they make serious lifestyles changes as well. That is why diets don't work.

Encourage your family to speak to a doctor or a nurtritionist and I wouldn't reccomend you participate in this diet. It sounds medically unsound and dangerous. People simply are not supposed to loose that much weight that quickly.

I don't think diet's are good for you there like cutting out the exercise that you should do to lose weight. I think you should eat healthy and exercise you will feel alot healthyer and stronger. If you want to try that then message me back and ill tell you some good exercises you can do. Best of luck

ok
well i was doing resurch for school about fad diets and stuff and what i could say is that i need more info
like what diet are you doing? what food are you eating?
soem diets are actually very unhealthy and the weight you could be loosing is water weight which is bad, you want to loose the fat.

its possible but dieticains say that you are not supposed to loose more than 2 pounds a week, so this diet might not be very good after all.
