Well to tell you the truth, I'm nervous from the day its assigned to the day I have to presentate it.

1. Be Prepared. If you have to memorize something, practice that over and over until you know it. You will feel more confident when you know your lines. Have your assingment and stuff done and 100% hard work. If you know your material, you will feel better. Just be prepared.

2. Good-Night Sleep. It's hard because your tossing and turning all night. Try to get your mind off something. Something exciting. What I do is different. I think what I'm going to do when I get infront of everyone and what I will do. It works for me because normally people are nervous because they don't want to make mistakes infront of everyone and be foolish and such.

don't worry about it. they're just as nervous as you are when they have to do it. instead of making eye contact, look at the back wall. just make a joke if you mess up and dont worry. good luck (:

First, don't worry about what people will think about if you are in a different costume. Believe it or not, you actually look better when you get involved and do something entertaining. It makes you look more involved and even "normal" depending on what your presentation is.

To calm you down, think to yourself, it will be over tomorrow (or in an hour or whatever) and then I don't have to do it again. Or tomorrow at this time I will be at home and it will be all over. Thinking about something good that will happen after something hard will help to calm you down.

Another thing that might calm you down right before the event, look around the room and notice things like colors. Like "There is a blue clock." It sounds really odd, but try it. What does it hurt? You may find that it works for you like it works for me.

Good luck with your presentation! I am sure you will do great. =]

Practice your speech in front of a mirror.
And I agree with the person below me, nobody really cares, and half of the people probably aren't paying attention. Just be confident in what you have, and take a few deep breaths before you start.
Good luck!

When I have to do this, this is what I always do. Just look arond at the people in your class. Just think if you mess up, honestly who is gonna care? If somebody messed up and you were watching would you make a big deal about it. Hope I helped!
