I don't know why you would want to wear a pad if you weren't having your period. If you were using your pads for discharge, it would be in your best interest to still change your pad, even if you aren't having your period. As the person below me said, sweat and discharge can get trapped in pads which may lead to yeast infections. Wearing pads when it isn't neccessary for long periods of time will cause you to be very unclean and most likely uncomfortable as well.

You really should change your pad even if you are not on your period, as vaginal discharge and even sweat can get trapped in it. For health and sanitary reasons, you should change your pad as necessary, around twice a day until you get your period. Think of it as a pantyliner you use daily to absorb vaginal discharge- of course you should change it. It is unhygienic to keep your pad on for too long, whether or not you are on your period. In either case, your pad is a breeding ground for bacteria. Make sure to keep a couple of pads with you wherever you go so you can change them as needed.

hey
i reccomend that you change your pad frequently
because, it is sanitary

even if you do not have your period,
you shoud change the pad at minimum, once a day
because you might hav discharge or other things that may get absorbed in the pad

so its better to change the pad frequently =D
hope i helped!

do- Do
i- I
period- period.
thanks- Thanks.
didnt- didn't

Let me try to understand this. You currently have a pad that is NOT used in your panties. You want to know if it's okay if you keep it until you have your period again. Well, I personally wouldn't unless you don't have a supply of feminine pads available to you. That would also mean that you wouldn't change your underwear, which is kind of gross, if you know what I mean. If you did leave it on, then it would still get kind of grimy, right? So, yeah, unless you really think that you are not going to have another pad for the next time, which I know happens, then I would advise you to dispose of it.

Have a nice day.
