balancing food Is there something I can eat with or after a greasy food to balance/remove the oil in my stomache? Water doesn't work, lol

Green food. Salad, vegetables, vegetable juice, all of those should help your stomach after eating something greasy. ~Angel ]
Well, the oil will pass through your stomach naturally during digestion. However, your body will still absorb it. It will absorb the oil no matter what you eat to try to balance it out.
Best option would be to cut down the amount of greasy foods you consume.

try bread or crackers. Plain crackers like saltines. not the good flavored ones. The crackers and bread tend to absorb acid in your stomouch maybe it will work for grease too ]
just keep eating healthy.
i mean, you can have fatty or greasy foods every now and then, but keep eating fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water.
i know thats not the answer you are looking for, but its the best ive got.
