cutting can lead to your disstruction. you can cut a vein one day. and pain killers dont help all the time. if they are making you throw up then stop taking them. get help you really need it. its your life you dont want to end it over ODing on pain killers or losing to much blood or cutting the wrong vein now do you. get help dont be afraid. i know it might seem hard becuase your scared but trust me it will be worth it. you life is precious but you have to know just how precious. ]
you really have to stop cutting
its not going to help you
your parents
and your friends
as your conselor person thing
please stop ]
Tell someone you live with, like your mom, for example, even if you don't have the greatest relationship with her. She will know what to do. You are sick. She will take care of you, whether it means taking you to the therapist or providing emotional (and physical) support. If you aren't going to get help, one day you're going to take too many pain killers, or cut yourself too deep, and it will be too late to do anything. Once you tell someone, a lot of the burden will be taken off your shoulders. Don' be afraid to get help.
