Okay, I am in the marine corps and I am exactly 5'3" and I weight 118 and I am UNDER my weight standards. You are definitely not overwieght, even a little bit, so don't worry about it. About the acne thing, I would reccomend putting toothpaste on your zits for like two minutes, and then washing it off, because it dries them out. (use colgate)

In most drugstores now, they've got this stuff called AcneFree for about $20. It's the same kind of system as proactive--in fact, it seems like a complete takeoff--but there are different ingredients. I had really bad acne for YEARS and it worked for me--good luck!

5'3" and 115lbs? Please dont tell me you are fat, im 5'4" and 120 lbs. and I know I'm not fat. A lot of girls have body problems where they arent comfortable with them or feel fat just because they arent super model magazine thin. Im not confident about my body, but I know im not fat. The more you work out the more tone you will get, hopefully not making you feel fat.

A woman weighing 150 pounds with 19% fat will look much smaller (and be much healthier) than a woman at 150 pounds with 35% fat. They weigh the same, yet the composition is different. Because muscle is more dense than fat the person with less fat and more muscle will look smaller.

So be more concerned with body composition. All I can say is do some cardio each day and eat healthy. =]

a good diet would be only to eat three times a day adn each meal should only be a plate full, eat whatever you want but only up to 1500 calories a day. adn you know do 50 crunches, then 50 more to the right side of your legs, then 50 more to the left side of your legs a day, adn run about a mile-ish a day.
for the acne problem "Mary-Kay formula 3" works really well but u do have to use it morning and night cauz if you dont your acne will slowly come back, bu tyou'll need the cleanser, the mask, lotion, and the blemish controler.
a good coverup would be bare minerals or something close to it. you dont want to us a liquid cover up cause that will cause you to break out WAY more!!
