You said it yourself that you have an eating disorder. If you didn't say that I might be yelling (well, over the computer) to you saying that you should gain weight instead of loose it. But you have an eating disorder.. and i can't just tell you to eat, or not exercise or I can't tell you anything really. I know what your going through/ been through. Listen though, don't loose any more weight. I bet your body fat is like, 15 and your probably a twig. The lbs you "think" you need to loose are necessary.. for fricking living. You need a little fat. I hate it too, but trust me, you need it. If you think you want to loose weight, then work out with strength training. Build muscle! Trustttt meeee, you'll look super jacked and really slim, and you'll gain healthy weight. Weight gain is not as bad as it , sounds, (again, I know) so hide the scale. You should never weight yourself everyday, never. I mean, if your mother or family knows you have an eating disorder they should hide the scale from you. It's not good. My best advice is to stop weighting youself, eat what you want, and do strength workouts to gain muscle. Please don't be like, "whatever this girl doesn
t know anything I'm not listening to her" and don't get mad at what im saying because I do understand what your going through and I'm trying to hel as much as I can. hope this helped, happy holidays!

Here is a chart for you. :)
