Yesterday I just started it, and I felt really nauseous with bad cramps, and I threw up. Anyways, I'm just wondering why I threw up and if there is a way to relieve the pain.

It is a normal symptom, despite it being a not very nice one! Same thing happened to me once because it hurt so much. I find if something causes me alot of pain, I end up being sick. :S
To ease the pain, take a nice warm bath and pain killers if necessary. Some people may find exercising actually eases the pain alot, so give it a try.
Feel better soon! [ thelaura's advice column | Ask thelaura A Question ]

You say you felt really naseous and had really bad cramps... maybe you felt so *blah* that you caused yourself to be sick.
I know it's not always possible to control our bodies, but a lot of the time if you think you're going to be sick you get so nervous (for lack of a better word) and end up causing yourself to be sick.
If that's not the reason than I honestly don't have any idea. You could just call up to your doctors office and ask them if it is normal or if it's a reason to see a doctor. [ S_C's advice column | Ask S_C A Question ]
