I have strep throat and i was wondering would a shower help because i got to be well by tommorrow morning to practice a play with friends at church and my mom won't let me go out to my church and so i really want to go what should i do (link)

Hate to say it, but I'm with Mom. Not only because with strep, you need plenty of rest, but because it's really, really contagious. It's the kind of thing we have to post exposure notices for at school (I'm a preschool teacher.)
(I do respect your desire to follow through, though-- when I was in youth group, we endlessly had to contend with people who would flake out on stuff like that.)

Hi, I've had my period for three years.
Yesterday I just started it, and I felt really nauseous with bad cramps, and I threw up. Anyways, I'm just wondering why I threw up and if there is a way to relieve the pain.
Thanks. (link)

What The laura said. Just wanted to add that the muscles cramping in your abdominal area may simply be sending a signal to your stomach to start complaining. (I tend to get diarrhea the first day.)
If it continues to be intense, though don't feel like you just have to suffer through it-- talk to your doc about what options you might have to calm things down.

I want to make a song
just using my mouth, no instruments etc.
But i cant seem to find a program that lets me "mix" all the sounds together!
e.g.
My voice
The Beat
Music
Mixing all them together, but recorded seperately!
Is there a program downloadable that i can do this with?
(I have already tried Windows Movie maker, but the actions are very limited, it doesnt "mix")
Thanks so much in advance

Windows Movie Maker indeed sucks. You can edit video just fine, but you are stuck with whatever audio you got.
I you got to the Adobe Audition site, you can download a free trial of Adobe Audition. The demo itself does everything you specified, (multi-track recording and playback, , linear and non-linear editing, and much more.
After you've played around with it, Adobe does offer a "download" option for people who want to buy it.
I trained on this, I work with it at home--I'm pretty sure it will do what you want.
(ps: it seems they have currently added a Mac version. The original was for Windows.)

Audrey Hepburn has become my new idol. I love her acting, how she used to help UNICEF, and, obviously, her great style. I was wondering, what are some stores for teenage girls that are inexpensive, but still have that classy vintage look she was so well known for? Thanks in advance. (link)

The great thing about Audrey's style is that it was so simple-- a turtleneck sweater and a pair fo skinny jeans was one of her more popular looks.
She didn't seem to go for a lot of print, she seemed to favor clean lines and dark colors and she loved Chanel. In fact, that would be a good start-- Google "Chanel Sixties" for ensemble ideas.
(Edited to add: Small correction-- while Audrey did wear Chanel, it was Givenchy that she adopted as her personal designer.)

Do you believe that it is unnecessary for a parent to yell at their teenager when a friend is over for small things like not cleaning up their room or being late? I believe this only make the kid embaressed and the guest feel awkward. Wouldn't it be more sensible to just tell the child "We'll talk about this later?" I've been noticing this happening alot lately at my friend's houses, I was curious on everyones' opinions. 15/f. (link)

I think the key word is "yelling". If the parent is indeed raising their voice and criticizing their child in front of one of their guests, then my assumption is that the parent is intending to shame them. Ask yourself if this is where the feelings of discomfort on your part are coming from.
It's not so much the request, it's the tone and respect conveyed in the request. A parent has the right (even the responsibility) to demand respect, but part of that is modeling it, too.
If a parent is throwing out a casual, friendly-toned "Remember to get to your room at some point, 'kay?" --that is reasonably respectful. Anything further (as you said) can be handled later.

Okay, I went on this pill, and it caused me to gain 12 pounds...*sigh* I've been on it several times before, and this is the only time it's caused a weight gain.
I'm 5'4"ish and I weigh 125 pounds. I don't know if I am overweight or not, but I feel like it. The thing is, I don't look it. I look like I weigh my old weight (113), but I FEEL heavy. I felt so much better at 113. It sucks, and it's really upsetting me 'cause I've always kind of had issues with weight...my dad's obese and I was overweight in 6th grade - like, this is what I weighed then, and I was overweight. I had just gotten comfy with my body when this happened...grr...
While it's good to know that I don't look overweight and my boyfriend can still lift me with one arm, the way I feel is still upsetting.
How long does it take for water weight to...go away? Is there anything I can do to fix this? I have a good diet, and I get excercise...or do I really just have to wait it out? My doctor said when I stopped the prednisone, the weight would kind of drop off, but I don't want to wait that long. Help me out, if you can. (link)

One of the responders mentions the book "Life in the Fat Lane" by Cherie Bennett-- she did indeed create the disease for the purposes of the book. (she states this towards the end of the preface.) However, her descriptions of steriods like prednisone and their weight-gaining and appetite-stimulating properties are accurate, at least with some people.
It funny, I myself am 5'4", and I felt that 125 was my optimum weight, back when I was that weight. :D When I dropped below that--- say, to 120-- I felt all weird and angular, like bones were sticking out in places they shouldn't be. Guess it depends on your frame.
In any case, my advice:
1. Forget the number, but do mind how you feel.
2. If you really do think that water-weight gain is the issue, remember that fluid pushes fluid-- that is, if you drink **more** water, it will help your body lose its need to retain it.
Hope this helps.
