Fallen arches is when you have flat feet. Normally, the part running from the big toe to the heel should be slightly raised off the ground. It can be a big problem, as it causes knee problems, and sometimes even back pain, but it depends on how severe the condition is.

To fix it: try picking up stuff with your toes. For example small balls. Or, just curl your toes in (without pointing or flexing your feet) about 20 times a day.

Try wearing those pads you put in your shoes that raise your arch. That will help prevent any other problems.

it means you are flat footed. you probably dont need to worry about it. all it is is that your arches where your feet are are slightly lessa arched then normal
this can be caused by wearing shoes that dont give you support. do you wear flip flops a lot? or chuck taylors? they give no support.
if you wear flip flops, wear like rainbows. theyre the kind that like mold to your feet, so it gives you support.
also wear like running sheos. once i ran like 4 miles in my chucks because i couldnt find my running shoes, and the next day my feet hurt so much i could barely walk. (haha noo its not cuz of the runnin i normally do like 7 miels)
so buy some nice shoes
hope i helped =]

Hi, it means you have flat feet. Most people don't have problems with their feet, but in some cases they do. Here's more information - I'm sure you have nothing to worry about though. =)

it just means you have flat feet. it could become a problem later on in life. so i would suggest going to a foot doctor and getting shoe inserts so you dont get problems. i have inserts in my shoes, they arent bad at all. hope this helps!

i think it means that your feet are flat on the bottom. i dont think it can be corrected unless you have surgery. dont worry about it though. lots of people have flat-ish feet.
