I also got the new nano, and they all come with cords that you plug into the computer for charching, and downloading. so you plug that into the usb cord slot. Then, open up itunes. Under store or playlists, (it always switches for me) it will be easy to find. But, you can use limewire (which is illegal, but free) or itunes, which costs money. And if you have cd's that you wanna use, just put them into your computer, go to itunes, and there will be a place where you can click that has a cd graphic, and it will have those songs on there. hope i helped! don't forget to rate!

missbananafontana answered Sunday November 25 2007, 3:34 pm: Easiest thing in the world. The songs are 99 cents per song. You register a credit card and then you can buy the songs. If you don't have a credit card to use, you can buy iTunes giftcards and buy songs and whatever else that way. Here's a step-by-step guide on importing CDs: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
Also, you don't have to buy songs on iTunes. You can use other programs like eMusic, or get things for free on programs like LimeWire, which is legal as well. Hope I helped! [ missbananafontana's advice column | Ask missbananafontana A Question ]
