Tips for saving computer space

Question Posted Sunday November 4 2007, 6:11 pm

My friend saves the most STUPIDEST things EVER on her computer and there's almost no space left!
I have a lot of space though, but I guess it's because I'm not interested in anything and she's interested in a lot of things.

Any tips?

I am very confused by this question. Do you want tips for your friend on how to make more space on her computer, or do you want help saving more things on yours?

Personally, I think that anybody can do whatever they want on their computer. Space is there to be used, and if your friend wants to use it for things that you think are "stupid", that's her choice. Likewise, it's your choice to have a lot of free space (I like this also). I don't think you need any tips...it sounds like you are both doing what you like with your own computers. :)

Tips for exactly what? If she wants to save stupid and random things on her computer, that's her deal. You shouldn't worry about that but maybe you could tell her that her computer would go faster if she deleted and got rid of some of the things she doesn't use. It's okay if you're not interested int he same things. It doesn't mean that you guys can't be good friends still.
