It depends on the person but yes, it could. The pill are hormones so you could move up a size.
The pill sometimes makes you gain weight [like the most 5 pounds], so it goes towards your boobs. I went to a C34 to a C36.. still got 3 more years of growing too.

actually some pills do slightly change your cup size. I went on the pill too and noticed a change. It also depends on what pill and it's side-effects and how much you're diet changes. When you go to your next doctors visit try asking them. They'll give you straight answers.

some girl's hormones react differently to birth control, than others.
i know of one girl who's breasts grew from birth control, but it's not a positive effect. just if you're lucky ;) haha

It's possible, seeing as the Pill is hormones & hormones are what control all these changes.
Then again, she could have gone up a cup size anyways even if she wasn't on the Pill. It affects everyone differently.
