Omg. try murad. or morad. however it is spelled. it is pronounced - m yur ad. look it up. order it. u can order whatever you need for your face. Like if you want.. something that keeps your face from being oily, they got it. Something to get rid of scars, they got it. A daily wash for umm blackheads, they got it. So its like you make your own kit. Good luck

Over the counter acne creams handle minor acne issues only. In some cases they won't help you at all. Why? there is no medicine in Proactive, Clearasil, Oxy etc etc. It's the medication you need that will do the trick.

You need to see your family doctor or better yet a dermatologist and ask for prescription acne medication. This is pretty powerful stuff as it burns away all the acne and destroys the bacteria in a matter of a week or two. You keep using it afterwards to avoid reoccurance.

Most family doctors will be able to write a prescription and may even have a small sample tube they can give you to start with. My recommendation is not to do any home remedies, over the counter, Internet or Tv product. They're destined to fail in your case as you've been seeing already.

I changed my diet completely. No more junk food. No more soda. Drink lots of water. I had a huge acne problem when I was younger. my face was covered. so you have to eat right and get enough sleep because it shows on the outside. you should try dove soap to wash your face. it's given me a big difference. or any soap made for treating acne. i exfoliate with asprin and honey. it really makes your face smooth and removes dead skin. go to bed with some acne spot treatment on. just put it on a few of them so you can treat those and let most of your skin rest. you don't want completely dried skin. i had to put lotion on for an hour or two because of that :/ i used to get huge pimples, now it's really tiny and it goes away in 2-3 days if i follow this routine. a little cover up and my skin looks nearly flawless.

if your become sweaty [shiny face], wash your face with a bar of soap. if soap isn't there, just use water.

washing your face more often is actually bad. it either dries or irritates your skin. so maybe wash your face one time a day and move up to 2.

rubbing alcohol is too harsh for the skin and makes acne worse for most people.

hey so like the person below me said, your diet can determine how bad your acne is
eating healthily, like giving up soda and other junk foods for organic vegetables will clear up your skin.
but otherwise, you can use toothpaste...put it on before bed and in the morning itll dry out the zit (dont worry it wont like mess up your skin)
by the way, ive worked at a dermatology office, so im quite the skin expert =]]

Eating really healthily helps, you should drink 2L of water everyday. Sometimes it just wont go away though so invest in a really good concealer. Also the way you do your hair could help hide it a bit, like if you have a fringe.

Moisturising after using facial cleansing helps because if stops your face producing extra oil (everytime you use these products it dries out your face, so more oil is produced and the acne gets worse)
On the worst spots use an antiseptic like TCP,
hope this helps x

This is a home remedie but they dont work on all people but ive seen this one work on most. I dont know if you can get what you need but hey maybe youre parents will buy it if you tell them what for. Champange and Choclate. It dosent have to be EXSPENSIVE champange just some cheap brand mix it with choc. leave it on your face for about 30 mins and wash it off. It should start working within a week. IM being dead serious i know it sounds stupid but when i heard of it i tried it and it worked perfectly.
