my boobs just started killing today and feel like bricks and are very sensitive,and i think it might be a sign of pregnancy, how long do i wait to take a pregancy test for it to be correct ? i got my period a week ago, but do i still have to wait another month to find out if im pregnant ?

bluemoonw747 answered Saturday September 15 2007, 4:13 pm: Usually it takes 6 weeks for a baby to start to form, if you want to take a pregnancy test. It could be that you’re pregnant, but it seems too soon. Since you got your period a week ago I'm figuring it's from your period. If you still want to be safe it usually takes 6 weeks from the baby being conceived, and then you can try a test. If you start morning sickness, or anything else unusual that has to do with nausea, like maybe coffee or a certain food, maybe even lipstick those can also be signs. For the pain try an over the counter drug, aspirin, Advil, Tylenol. If you want to be more natural you can try a warm shower, and leave ice on your boobs for about five min. If the pain still is there you can try a doctor, it could be strain. Usually AFTER you have a baby your breasts hurt, do to breast feeding. Hope you feel better! When did you have sex? How Old are you? Those two things would be extremely helpful in this situation. I'm pretty sure if you get pregnant, you wont feel the sideaffects this soon. So, you might want to go take a pregnancy test as soon as possible.Here is a dandy little website that tells you the signs of you being pregnant.
