I've been there with my dog..Go to your local pet feed,or a vet and ask for TERRAMYCIN.It comes in a small tube..You just apply it around the eye area 4-5 times a day and it'll clear up within the first week. The stuff really works! And you don't need much,it lasts really long.

When one or both of your pet's eyelids puff up, she is probably having an allergic reaction to an insect bite, a medication that she is taking, or simply seasonal pollen. Swelling may also occur when something gets stuck under the eyelid.
If there is a yellow or green discharge or crusting around the eyes your husky could have an infection, either in the eyelid itself or in the tear-producing glands nearby.
Some dogs are born with this thing where the lashes brush against the eye. The constant irritation may cause the eyelids to swell.

go to your vet. dont buy any medicine from the pet store because they probabaly dont work, or its for the wrong thing. so, if you go to the vet, they can give yyour dog the suitable care and medicine :)

It is definitely some sort of eye infection. It may be a bacterial infection. Or could your dog possibly have a cold? Whatever it is, you need to take your dog to the vet or at least CALL a vet. You can find numbers in the phone book for one, if you don't take your dog to the vet regularly. The infection is NOT going to go away by itself, your dog needs antibiotics (medicine) to get better. Only a vet can tell you exactly what's wrong with your dog and how to treat it.
