so theres this guy who lives next to me and we talk all the time and he said i was pretty and he always trys to impress me but idk if he likes me. what do you think?

I think he could like you, by what you said here...maybe you should try just getting to know him better and see where things go from there.

Although noone here can be 100%.
We aren't that boy and unfortunately, we don't know what he's thinking.
But if he calls you pretty and is trying to impress you, he probably wants you to notice him more..
Only real way to find out is if you ask him.. or wait for him to say something.

Well, guys would do anything to get attention from girls almost. So I would say he likes you but that doesn't always mean that.
Ask him in person if he does or doesn't and explain to him that that's what you thought was going on. If he does, then good for you:] And if he doesn't, at least you'll know.

Ok if he is telling you, you are pretty and is trying to impress you, I would say he likes you, but if you are still unsure, try going along with it and see if you get a clearer answer.

If he's trying to impress you, he wants you to like him.
It's really hard to tell if guys want girls to like them just because or because they like them.
Either way, if he wants you to like him, you can figure out if he likes you by playing into it.
