Making a MySpace Banner and Such

I want to create a Layout site but I want mine to be more attention catching.

I was wondering where I can find sites that can make my pictures look like these:

PAINT SHOP ISN'T ALL THAT GREAT
photofiltre is like the best place.
and all those designs and stuff
are called brushess.
go to photobucket and type in brushes
and you'll know what they look like when you see them

It's not a website or any of that.You have to download different programs.

And let me tell you that it takes TONS of time to actually start making good banners and graphics and such. I've been doing graphic making for 3 years and I'm still learning more and more about it.

So, you have a few options. Just Google these three keywords:

Paint Shop Pro 7
Paint Shop Pro 8
Paint Shop Pro 9
Animation Shop 3 (to make animated graphics)
