You have to completly relax, take deep breaths before you lay in bed, then try drinking some warm water or milk. This might sound strange, but my brother can't sleep with the T.V. off, so try sleeping with some sounds and see if that works.
Hope this helps,

Hmm well something could be bothering you? If something is try to resolve it so that you get it off your chest. But then again i went through a faze where i had trouble sleeping and i think it was because i had too much on my mind about life and growing up that i spent all night trying to figure out things, but im ok now but it could possibly be that. But try some sleeping pills if you actually dont have any troubles or anything bothering you. =] x

you could have a sleeping problem..try taking some Tylenol PM or Advil PM.Or maybe its a conscience problem...there could be something bothering you. If you've done something or said something that upsets you or bothers you you need to get off your chest...maybe you lied to someone or did something that you normally don't do and you feel bad about it...that can cause major lack of sleep too...but if you still have trouble sleeping I'd see a doctor and see if there's anything else you can do.
