i like junk food too much to lose weight for long =[ i always eat way too much in a day. but i want to lose weight so bad. especially from my face. TIPS PLEASE.
That's my forum and I have 3 topics, well 4 I guess, on losing weight. It should really help you of you read "Lose Weight" "Toning Exercises" "Stretching" & "Fats, Protein, Carbs wtf???" [Or whatever order the three ar in]. As for the junk food, I guess I'll be adding a new topic about that right about now.

unfourtunately, what you eat is about 75% of a diet. the other 25% is exercise. that's why, if it were that simple, i would just say to exercise alot. but to do that, you'd have to exercise about 3x as much as you eat, and i'm sure you don't want to do that. haha.
i, being an old junk food addict, have found that it's easier than you think to stop eating all the junk food. you have to MAKE yourself stop and think "do i really need this?" don't give yourself excuses like, "oh, it's summer." or something, because you'll find yourself making tons of those. just don't let yourself eat junk food, regardless of the situations around you, and you'll find that it will become easier over time.
i know it's not the answer that you wanted, but believe me IT WILL HELP.
also, 'junk foods' aren't the only good snacks out there! graham crackers are yummy and very low in fat and calories. some other good options are (of course) fruits and veggies, salads (try to cut back on dressings, they're fattier than they seem..), cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, smoothies, fruit snacks, fruit roll ups, and much more! see, it's not as hard as it seems!
also, try to exercise during the day, or when you get a food craving. maybe even exercise 15 minutes for every fatty food you eat. that will be an incentive for both ways; whether for exercise, or to let yourself have a snack once in a while.
you don't have to cut junk food out completly, but you shouldn't make it a habit to totally pig out, either.
i hope i've helped, and best of luck with everything!!

Obviously you aren't, because you say that you want to lose weight, but don't have the power to. This doesn't mean you will always be that way. Right now you are just more interested in the taste of the junk food, rather than your weight or your nutrition. You can get over that though. After the food passes your taste buds, that is when it becomes important. Why would you want to put fat & empty calories in your body?? It doesn't help your health & doesn't give you the nutrition you need to keep your energy up. I'm not saying you can't eat any junk food, but junk food should not be an every day thing. Once in awhile is fine. You're allowed to indulge a little. A lot of junk food is not good for your health & you will gain weight from it eventually. To lose weight, you need to stay focused & realize that once your food passes your tastebuds, that's when it counts. You probably would much rather eat things that taste good, but it isn't necessarily helping your nutrition & giving you energy you need throughout the day to remain healthy. If you're focus & determined, you can lose weight. Also, exercising is important. Try running/walking a few times a week. To not eat as much during the day, watch your calorie intake. hoping you would hear, but it is the best way to
help you and if you want to lose the weight bad
enough, you'll start eating right!
If you are that focused on losing the weight,
for example - off your face, then you need to
start setting goals for yourself. Get an unused
notebook & start writing everyday-goals for your
eating habits. For example -
Breakfast; Bagel, without cream cheese.
Lunch; Subway Sandwich
Dinner; Stirfry.
Try not to eat snacks in between. Also try to
see if you can follow your goals without slipping
up in a day. This is going to be hard, but I have
heard from a lot of Celebrities that they write
down how great they feel after excersizing or
eating well, that way if they aren't in the mood to do anny of those, they can read their note(s)
they left and they will get enough power to just
do whatever they are doing to lose weight.
