I don't know about radiation, but sleeping with the monitor turned on is not only bad for the screen, it's also bad for you. I'm guessing that the computers having screen savers turned on, and so the flashing lights would disrupt your sleep and make it so that you could never truly get to sleep, the same with sleeping with the tv on.
Overall, I think that you should turn off the computers when you go to sleep.
To answer your question, yes.

Not bad for you. You should turn the computer off to let it rest though.

fire, may kill motherload, and if it is visable from the window, it will attract attention to possible burglars.

No. It's a fire hazard though. And having your computer on all night will cause the motherboard to die, so you should always turn your computer off when you're done with it. I don't care for global warming, but turning things off when you're not using them is good for the environment as well.

It isn't bad for you. It's not good to keep the computer on though, as this causes a fire hazard...

No. Unless they are being noisy or the monitors are on and making the room brighter. Then, they can interfere with your sleep, which isn't good. But otherwise, there is no harm in it.
