Wet Seal has cute and cheap jewelry. Or, if you a a Dots in your area. Claire's is okay when you get thing on sale, and the items aren't that great of quality. Body Central has a lot. Everything is about $6 there.

Wet Seal has cute and affordable jewelry. They have like stuff that's trendy and like chunky metallic necklaces and stuff. I buy most of my jewelry from Wet Seal.

Claires. They have a thing where you can get 10 items for $5. If you have one around you try Rue 21. They have pretty cute jewelry.
