My boyfriend and I had sex. His parents found out, how they found out is a long story that wouldn’t mean much to you. Anyways…to the point; I have never been so embarrassed in my life. Does anyone have a story, about their parents or this partners parents finding out, to share with me, so I don’t feel so dumb? Or any story at all that is. It’s silly I know, but I need something that helps me know... I’m not the only one whos parents have found out. Thanks :)
And then a few years later... I was living with my dad in this old farm house he was restoring, and my boyfriend would stay over whenever my dad was out of town. One day we started having plumbing problems, and the plumber had to do this major 5-hour operation to clean out the sewage system. Afterwards, my dad told me what the problem was: condoms that had been flushed down the toilet, filled up with air and clogged everything up!! Yeah, pretty dang embarrassing!

I still burn with shame when I think about it!
Me and my partner had been together about 7 months and we were looking into buying a house together but at the time he was living back with his parents and I was sharing with a work colleage, so we didn't really have much space to ourselves.
Anyway, his parents were going on holiday to Greece for 2 weeks and told us we could have full use of the house as they were worried about leaving it empty. So they told us that they would be leaving the house at 7 - We ASSUMED they meant 7am!!
Well we both got back from work at about half 5 and went straight upstairs where we stayed for the next hour doing the do!
We then just chucked on our underwear and went downstairs as we were both a bit thirsty by that point only to find his Mum, Dad and Great-Auntie sat around the kitchen table quietly sipping tea, obviously having heard everything that had just happened!
I can honestly say I have never been so embarrassed in my life!! You do get over it though!!

However, what I will say is that I couldn't look my boyfriends mother in the face for a long time. She never breathed a word about it to anyone as far as I am aware. It was a very long time ago (when sex before marriage was frowned upon) and now I can laugh about it. You do get over the embarrassment eventually and probably a lot quicker in these more open-minded times. There will be scores of people with similar stories. Marizzle answered Wednesday July 18 2007, 7:34 am: Well..I dont have a story about them knowing I had sex with my boyfriend, however Im pretty sure my mum overheard my conversation on the phone about being on the pill.
But I would say from experience of other embarressing things, you need to not think so much of it, the more your thinking of it, the more nervous you will get.
Imagine you were them, they would think about it for a while, but thats not what would be on their mind all the time.
Its like you seeing somebody fall over, you would laugh and it would be on your mind for half an hour or so, but then you would forget about it.
Im not saying they will forget, but they are thinking about it alot less than you are :)
