No it doesn't at all, [I asked my boyfriend so I knew for sure] It feels good for them, but unfortunately for girls, it doesn't the first few times because we have to stretch our vagina out. But once you do it a few times it feels very good depending on your guy's size and performance. =)

From what I've read and heard- it doesn't hurt for the guy nearly as much as it does for the girl.
