well there is onlii one thing i can say. no body can make you flexible. you can make yourself flexible. never think i can't always think i can. because nothing is impossible everything is possible as long as you can try. so all i can say is keep trying and believe and you shall achieve

well you really shouldnt do those stuff on your own. But there are exersises that if you do daily you might get more flexiable.
just stretch, really you can make up your own exersies, but make sure that you are no where near furniture and have room, and are on soft carpet or something.
some exercises i do
1. nod my head right left, up down, side, other side
2.stretch your arms by rolling them forward, then backwards, then combo
3.the butterfly.lay on the floor and squat your legs so they make a circle together and your feet are against eachother then IF YOU CAN put your head down on your feet, or just look down.
4.spread out your legs, and just be creative spread out your arms and try to rest your head on one leg.
BE CAREFUL WHEN DOING lol
so sorry if it isnt clear but i tried my best.
good luck
and hope i helped :]

stretch daily.
stretch everything from your ankles to your wrists.
also do bridges (hands and feet on the ground, belly up.)

also you can find someone, a friend or neighbor, or someone you've met who knows how to. and ask them to help and spot you.

I used to be a gymnast. I'll tell you what I can.

First, see if you can take any gymnastics or tumbling classes. If you parents don't want to pay for it, the YMCA often has tumbling classes, and they are either free or cheap.

Call your local YMCA and ask them.

Flexibility takes some time and practice. Start little by little. DOn't push yourself. You will get more and more flexible over time.

to get more flexible you could just stretch alot everyday, and make it harder everyday at a gradual pace, thats what i did and now i can do a split.

but as for the cartwheels i would work at putting a lot of force into kicking your legs over, because normally when ppl cant do cartwheels thats what their doing wrong...i dont do gymnastics, but i am working on a back handspring, so what ive been doing is getting 2 of my friends to hold my back somewhat so i can put my hands down and flip my body over...also ive been praticing by starting off in a bridge then trying to flip mysleft over. But the best way to accomplish this would be acculy doing gymnastics....or yoga, or dance, all will help will your flexibily, good luck

You could try doing some simple streches at first to warm you up.
Doing flips in a pool or on a trampoline could also be helpful and much safer.
If any of your friends are involved in cheerleading or gymnastics you could invite them over and see if they will teach you some tricks.
You could google search how to's.
Some simple tricks you could learn without a spotter (help) are
handstands
kartwheels
round offs
front rolls
back rolls
stradle rolls
splits
headstands

Good luck

I take gymnastics.... that really would be your best bet....

flexibility can be learned though.

do you know what a lunge is?
get on one knee and put the other out in front of you, bent, lean forward. now straighten that leg and bend over. now slide that leg down as far as you can. this is how you learn to do a split. do it on both legs. it will take awhile to get a split, and once you can do one on one leg, it'll be harder on the other. i can do right leg but not left and my bff is the opposite.

now stand up, feet apart, parallel to your shoulders. slide down for a straddle split.

now sit in a straddle, and put your hands to the side, then the other.
now stretch as far down the middle as you can. try to put your belly on the floor.

now sit in a pike (legs together in front, feet flexed)
bend over as much as you can
try to grab the bottoms of your feet.

now lay on your back and put your feet in the air in a pike position. bring you feet over ur head, try to touch the gound. no bending the knees!
stand up and do a pike and touch the ground with your hands.

do those eveyday and you will get more flexible...

as for flips, i wouldnt do them without a trained spotter. look for gymnastics classes in your area.
