Me and my boyfriend have been going out for 7 months and the other day on the phone, randomly he goes, i wish i could see you, and hug you every second of the day.
is that sweet or just plain weird?

I know I'm sort of repeating what others have said, but I just want to give my two cents.
Yes, its totally weird. BUT! Love is a weird think. Love is strange, unpredictable, and kind of scary at times. Love is also sweet.
So yes, he is being sweet, and weird at the same time; just not the weird you would think of =].
