sports bras make boobs saggy?

Question Posted Tuesday June 26 2007, 12:55 am

Is it true that wearing sports bras most of the time makes your boobs saggy after awhile? Because I wear sports bras whenever I can because I think they're more comfortable. Thanks for answering!

No. Age is what does that. Naturally, they will start to sag through time because of the laws of gravity, but no bra, including sports bras, will make them sag.
If you find them more comfortable, then wear them! No worries, ok? :)

I've never heard that sports bras cause saggy breasts- quite the opposite. They are designed to keep your breasts from moving in repetitive horizontal and vertical motions while working out- which does cause saggy breasts. However, sports bras can cause breathing difficulties if worn all the time. Because they are much more constrictive than ordinary bras, they press on the rib cage which restricts breathing and puts pressure on the diaphragm.

Your right they are more comfortable but they dont support you like a real bra does. So this is most likely true.
Try a bra with padded wire.
You know the bras that has a little of cotton around the wires. And cotton bras are the most comfortable.. You can also try them on in the store to see which one is more comfortable to you.
