That would be horny, turned on, aroused, excited, lustful, etc. You may get wet...that confirms your arousal.
As for an orgasm, it's pretty impossible to have an orgasm without having sex or masturbating. That's not what's going on with you. If you WANT to have an orgasm, you're probably going to have to experiment with masturbating.
