guys please answer this...girls can too
Well I'm 15/f and I was wondering...do most guys in highschool look for girls that are really hot and have a good body? Cuz I mean I've had boyfriends, but nothing serious...a lot of guys and girls think I'm pretty but I don't have that "amazing body". I've been told I'm really sweet and I do have lots of guy friends who are considered "hot". But i don't know, I don't see myself as a hot girl whose girlfriend material. I want a serious boyfriend and stuff. So basically my question is...what do guys look for in girls? Do they have to be hot and skinny or does personality count too? Sorry this was kind of long...but I really appreciate the help :D

Well from what i know there are 2 kind of guys the ones that wanna get in your pants N the ones that are real.Both of them youll get along with but 1 thing you might be able to tell by iz a kiss. if he makes the 1st move N your not in the moment or somethin lik dat then he probally wanna get in your pants but if You motivate him 1st or you both come towards each other than there a 90% chance he's real.well you use your instict too.N ta answer your question more specificly wanna get in your pants guys look for body, Real guys just look for a pretty face and personality. srry if thiz doesnt help

Most guys yes. However I prefer girls with at least average looks and a great personality. The guys looking for sex are more interested in looks. The guys who want a girlfriend are looking into personality.

i can understand your predicament, but, trust we men too have same kind of questions. let me put this straight, there are some boys who are very matured enough to undersatnd the fact that it is nature of the interested person that matters the most rather than looks. but, unfortunately guys definately give importance to looks of girls, because for a simple reason that a good looking girlfriend boosts his ego (that james bond kind of thing). therefore, i would as per your point that friends appreciate your looks, advice you to stay calm but, act matured and be neat and smart (smartness turns guys on). thats all your are ready to take of to loveville. wish you all the best. your are indeed sweet and innocent.

Guys are all different [although they act/think the same sometimes]. Every guy likes something different, they don't all go for the same thing.
Some guys prefer a girl with personality & looks will only be a plus to him. Other guys are the opposite. They go for looks & a good personality is just a side dish plus for them.
It all depends on the guy. I assure you though, they're not all the same. Not all guys are dumb, & shallow. If you wait around, the right guy will come to you.

Very cliché, and probably not what you want to hear. But....my guy friends say that its not always the way a girl looks that makes them attracted to her. Usually, they are looking for somebody nice, and funny. The unfortunate truth is that they also want a girl who is pretty. But if you wait (which can sometimes take what feels like FOREVER) the right guy will come to you.
