Don't confront them, especially your mom. It might annoy you, but take some time every now and then to do something with your sister. You might enjoy it, and it will shut her up.

As for your mom, obviously moms can be annoying from time to time. But just listen to her--it's easy, it's right, and it will get her to be quiet.

You cannot change somebody else, you can only change yourself. Do what your mom asks of you, and don't procrastinate or whine back. If your mom requests something, say, "Okay." and get up and get it done. Things run much smoother this way. Set aside time to play with your sister, and when she asks you again tell her you can't do it right away but maybe later.

This may not stop their whining, but you just have to change around your attitude towards it.

Take out an hour & a half of your day to play with your sister, and just do what your mother wants you to do.

It shuts them up.

Confront your mom and your sister in the same room. Tell both of them to cool down and quit their whining and act like adults if they continually whine about everything. Try to speak to them and reach out by saying why they're so annoying and how gets really rude. Don't be afraid to speak your mind :) Just go up to them both in a firm voice and just tell them what their problem is and if your mom and sister have a problem with each other, they should solve it and quit their whining. They should act more mature about situations and such. Just say that :) I'm sure it'll work. If the confrontation doesn't work, try reasoning with them in a way both your sister and your mom would shut their mouths on whining all the time! :) I hope my advice helps. If you need anymore help, feel free to ask me. If I didn't help, I'm sorry but I tried my best :) Have a fun summer and I hope that your issue with your sister and mom clears up!! <3
