How do I make myself a happier person? Hi! I'm Kristina a.k.a Munchie! So yea I'm 14/f and I'm like 5'2 or 5'1! Idk really anyways that doesnt really matter. I would love to know how to make yourself happier. I dont know if its just the way you think or what. But I think it's a lil bit of both. Like your life plays a role on how you act. So how do I change my life so that I think happy and act happy as well?

I personally have alot of things that make me happy when im in a down mood. One thing i do is listen to "happy" music. Thats usually music that talks about happy things, usually a song i can dance to. I also like to watch a good movie or eat a sugary food;; like icecream.. well hope i helped a little =] ]
Hey, well i dont agree with some of the advicenators below. They told you to change yourself and change who you hang around with. That would be changing you. You never change yourself for anyone. I do however agree with the doing things that you love and surrounding yourself with people that care about you, vice versa. I just wanted to add my little touch of advice at the top =]. ]
Well there are many ways how to make yourself a happier person.First thing is you have to have confidence in yourself and your looks,you should have a nice circel of freinds that love you and you love them.You should love your family.Sometimes changing your look helps make a change in your life.Most of all you should understand that theres nothing in the world that worth you being sad about,and you should look at what youve got and see how many people dont have it,if there are things you need that you dont have,greiving over it wont make you have it.So might as well be happy for what youve got^_^

Exercise. Yes, that might sound completely weird, but exercise produces endorphins which help you become happy. This doesn't have to be exteme workouts, but do something you enjoy. Running, Walking, Biking, Swimming, Sports, etc. Just doing things you love will make you happier. Also, surrounding yourself with people who care about you/you care about will help you become happier in general. Thinking does have a lot to do with it. If you are an optimistic person & doesn't let minor things bring you down, you'll be happier & more relaxed.
