It MAY be called trashy by those wishing to call names, but 'slutty' is used to describe someone who has intercourse with many people. Other uses of the word are more about insulting someone than really commenting on his or her sex life. I don't think slutty is the correct term for it. Flirty, trashy, or possibly even 'she's a tease' might be accurate.
