I'm really worried about my cousin! My cosuin is almost 12 years old and she's very small for her age. She's only 4'8 and she's very very skinny. (The small height runs in the family) Last weekend, I saw her at a cookout and she told me that she'd hadn't eaten in almost a week! I'm worried about her because she won't tell her mother and father and she's already really small and I'm worried that she might have a problem if she doesn't eat! Should I tell her parents or let them find out?

Well she would ovbiously be pretty mad if you told her parents, so if you think its bad enough that something serious could happen to her, then yes tell. or at least tell her that its dangerous. ]
you should tell her parents. but just tell them what she told them and say that you're really worried about her. tell them not to tell your cousin that you told them. just tell her parents to watch her eating habits. ]
The good news is that if it is anorexia, it's in its early stages. I'd be more worried if she wasn't telling you.
I'd call her parents, tell them what she told you. Tell them that you don't know if it's true or not, but that you are a little worried. Chances are it's probably not true, but they should keep an eye on her anyway. ]
tell her parents.
it sounds like anorexia,
which could be bad since she's already tiny.
