orphans answered Sunday May 20 2007, 8:11 am: thats called razor burn and its 100% normal. someone said dont use lotion because it stings, but the sting isnt that strong and goes away shortly. otherwise youd have to spend a few days itching [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
killerface answered Sunday May 20 2007, 1:04 am: There's nothing wrong with you-- but slightly disagreeing with the columnist below me, you did do something 'wrong'. Next time, use shaving cream, and maybe a better razor. The skin down there is sensitive. But yes, if all you use is water when you're in the shower, you'll get used to it after a while, but everytime it starts growing out, it'll be that itchy again.
I would almost say use lotion-- but sparingly. Definitely don't coat yourself, because that would be just as bad or worse, I believe. [ killerface's advice column | Ask killerface A Question ]
DandKitsLOVE01 answered Sunday May 20 2007, 1:02 am: its probably razor burn. i get it some times, its normal. DONT PUT LOTION NEAR IT. im telling you it will burn like a bitch. it will go away in a couple days. if there is little bumps there too then that is deffently razor burn.
advice_expert101 answered Sunday May 20 2007, 1:00 am: ha. its gonna itch for a while. when i first started shaving down there it itched for a little while. maybe like a few days on and off. but not for long cuz i guess the skin isnt like used to it or whatever. yeah but nothings wrong. :D [ advice_expert101's advice column | Ask advice_expert101 A Question ]
