Well, this can go different ways.
First of all, why won't you date? Does he not want to be tied down? Do you guys date OTHER people, or are you just making out with each other and that's it? If you're in love with one another, what's the problem in making it official?
I don't think it's inherently WRONG that you guys are friends with benefits, but you have to understand that people are going to think other things about you (in other words, some people might think you're a slut for making out with someone you're not dating, and they might think he's a player). If you guys don't have a problem with that, then it's fine in my opinion.
Still, if you're so in love and whatnot, I don't see the problem with dating him.

Not bad, per say, but I don't understand why, if you're so inlove, you don't get together. It doesn't have to mean anything changes, but it makes sure that you don't end up seeming like a stank, you know?
