if you turn your head to the right 90 degrees, it makes a heart
you can also make a heart with two or more 3s, showing that you REALLY love something / someone
x3 can also mean a heart
example: mike x333333333 means you really really like mike. instead of just mike x3

The person below me is right, it is a heart...but it goes way beyond MySpace. People use it through IMs, on LiveJournal and ANY journal or blog site out there. Pretty much a million places on the internet.
