Awkward and asking for help

oh my goodness. my period keeps flowing so fast, it wont stop. I have to keep changing the pads. does anyone know any ways to make it stop or go slower.??? I heard eating chocolate does i think? Is that true, or are there other ways?

im the same way it is so annoying.lots of exercising will make it lighter but longer aswell and drinking lots of water will make it lighter too.and for changing the pad less often would be wearing super ultra pads.GOOD LUCK!xxaoifexxx

Not sure how true this is, but I hear that taking 800mg of ibuprofen every day (even when not on your period), it can slow your flow and shorten your period to about 3 days.

exercising does make it lighter but longer~ so you could exercise or bigger pads or a pad and tampon

There unfortunately isn't anything you can do to stop your flow from being so heavy, but you can get like the Super Ultra Jumbo pads. Haha, they might feel a bit diaperish, but you won't have to change them so often since they're made for that type of flow.
