Lean to one side and touch your mid-calf (or knee to start with) then return to the upwards position. Then touch you're other mid-calf with your other hand. Be sure you do not lean forward during this, you must be straight up to make it effective. Do 50 every morning and every night. You'll see results.

- excercise. stand with your feet together & your arms to the side like you're about to do a jumping jack. bend your body to the right so that your right hand touches your right foot. do not bend forward; only to the side. do as many reps of 20 [ on each side ] to get effecient results in a few weeks. this really works. it works because on the left side, the love handles are getting pulled & stretched while on the right side, it's getting turned into muscle.
- take yoga classes. i can't stress enough how good yoga is for you. it relieves stress & it targets every inch of your body, making you stronger & healthier at the same time.
- wear pants that aren't tight around the hip area. you know how sometimes you wear pants & your love handles stick out? that means your waist is a little too tight. at home, wear sweatpants. because the area under your love handles is getting tighter & tighter & has no place to go except down [ butt area ] & up [ love handles ]. if you wear comfy pants & not tight underwear, then you'll realize that they'll slowly go away with excercise.
- if you have weight problems, just eat healthy & do crunches. your stomach will lose a lot of fat, & in turn, so will your love handles :] [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
