Try including more fiber in your diet and see if it helps. If it doesn't, see a doctor, it's not embaressing, they hear this stuff all the time. [ pockets's advice column | Ask pockets A Question ]
DangerNerd answered Friday April 6 2007, 3:52 pm: Hello there,
My wife has irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) which causes exactly what you describe.
You might also be allergic to something. I seem to remember someone who was allergic to wheat having this issue, but don't quote me on that.
Could also be a parasite issue. Yes, people get worms too... just like dogs do.
You should visit your doctor and find out what is going on for sure.
Moop answered Friday April 6 2007, 3:26 pm: your body, with the proper nutrition, should not cause itself pain. if you're having difficulty pooping, then you need to speak with a doctor or dietitian. we can't give you advice. [ Moop's advice column | Ask Moop A Question ]

no i dont think so. it means you are a little constipated. if you take the recommended amount of fiber everyday, you'll realize that the cramps will reduce & you'll just poop it out without pain.
make sure you go to the bathroom when you feel you have to go. dont just go when you have a cramp cause you'll sit there for a LONGGG time & it will hurt.
if it's really serious, & you are taking the recommended amount of fiber each day (either from bananas, fiber one cereal, etc.) then you should go to the doctor.
it is VITAL that you drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. this softens up the poop as well & makes it easier for it to come out. it clears out your insides. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
