Well, your not a sucky friend. But if you don't call back your friends, they are just going to talk to you about it the next day. SO, if you dont call them back or talk to them about it, they'll bring it up agian and agian, this may cause a fight if you dont say something about it. So the next if they the next day, give them an awnser.

If you are the one who says you will call them back and then don't, then you are.
If they are the ones who say they will call you back and then don't, then they are. Especially if they are not calling back because you couldn't do something with them. If you can't, then you can't.

HECK NO YOU ARENT! But if you said you ould call back then well i guess that is kinda rude but i mean if they say they will call you then i mean they should call. Whatevere your doing i guess if its realy important you could explain it to them later but if its like, going online or MySpace or something then i guess that would be rude, but i mean no you arent unless you are doing something totally ignorent like, playing on the computer and then you "forget" and then they get mad. I would say no unless you like NEVER call back

no, but if you said you'd call back & don't then well... how would you like it if your friend did that to you? try to keep your promises.
just watch out for what you say. it's not your fault you're busy & if you tell them that, then they should understand.
try saying sorry to them about all the times you've done that? hang out with them to make up for all those times you have been busy? give them a call once to see what's up & not have them call you?

as for the phone call endings it just kinda like the way most ppl are. but if they don't call you back then most likely they for got to or if it happens ever time they say it then be like "hay how come you never call'd me back???": or something like that.
