i suggest ares. just got to yahoo and search ares. it shoudl be the first one. its free, fast, and you can download pictures, and videos, and all that good stuff. and its itunes compatable, too! good luck

morpheus is a good program, that gives better results than limewire, because iot filters the ones with viruses out. i-mesh cimbines limewire, morpheus etc and finds the best results, even thought its kind of crap anyways.
