DON'T SCRATCH!!!!!
Number one warning. Besides it bleeding, it can lead to an infection and maybe a scar.
Go see a doctor and he/she will prescribe you a type of cream or ontiment that will soothe the rash. That is the best I can suggest because I don't know if it is allergies or some sort of illness.

haha. i have something similair. i thinks its just dry skin. like really dry skin. what do they call that? like extamah or something like that. yeahh i think thats it. i used to get that really bad on the top of my wrists (like how you had it) when i was younger and then i went to my doctor and they gave me this lotion that made it go away like in a day.
and now i have it on he inside of my elbows on my arm and i just put AQUAPHOR lotion on it. its ment for severely dry skin and is clinically proven to restore smooth healthy skin. ha. yeahh so try that cuz that really works too.
(and yeah i had it on both my arms too)
try not to itch it =]
hope i helped.
any more questions askkk.

That's what happened both of the times that I had an allergic reaction to the medication I was taking. I'd definitely suggest going in to a doctor so they can figure out what's going on... I wouldn't be surprised if it was an allergy, though.

I would definitely see a doctor about that. That doesn't sound normal to me because I've definitely never heard of it.
