First of all you need to be confident about yourself. if you dont want to be desperate than dont overeact. The most important thing is to be yourself. start with something simple like a meeting at the library and then move on to friday night movies and so forth. whenever a guy makes a joke, even if its not funny, laugh and give him a smile that makes him feel good about himself. make eyecontact but dont stare. If he looks back he obviously knows that you notice him.

Flirting isn't really a skill. It's just something you do. For me, I usually just laugh at them, or make fun of them in a playful way. They usually laugh with me. If they're not, you're probably hurting them, or they don't think you're funny. Just laugh at them, their jokes, & have a lot of eye contact. Oh, and smile!

I dont really think of it as flirting skills. Focus on talking as yourself to the guy your interested in. Don't put on a front, that could and probably will end up messy. It's no good for you, to not be true to self. Tht is not worth any guys.
